Every wedding package I offer includes up to 60 miles round-trip from Smithfield, RI. I do frequently travel to MA, CT, and NH for weddings. Mileage is calculated based on the current federal rate. (As of January 18, 2024, it is 44.5 cents per mile).
If you're planning a destination wedding, I charge a flat rate for travel fees based on the average cost of flights and hotel accommodations at your selected destination.
do you travel?
Typically, my second photographer is Victor Thorne of Thornedesigns Photography. We have been shooting together since my very first solo wedding! In the event he is not available, I have a list of other amazing second shooters (most are lead photographers and run their own businesses!). I can assure you, whoever I hire to second shoot will be more-than-qualified! You're in good hands.
who is your second photographer?
To secure your wedding date you need to sign your contract and pay a $1,500 deposit. You then have the option of setting up a payment plan (we can do monthly payments or a certain number of installments, whatever you prefer). The total balance is due 45 days before your wedding date.
Do you offer payment plans?
When you book a session or a wedding with me, you'll have access to your personalized Client Portal. In this portal you'll have access to your contract, invoice, any questionnaires or resources I send you, and your engagement and wedding galleries!
how do I get my images?
In order for me to provide you with the experience I promise my couples, we need at least 6 hours together on your wedding day. "The Essentials" package is perfect for intimate weddings and elopements. As for larger weddings, my maximum number of hours for continuous coverage is 12.
is 6 hours of coverage your minimum? is 10 hours the max?
This is complimentary with all of my packages because of how important it really is. Engagement photos aren't just about the pictures, they provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other so you know exactly what to expect on your big day! You can certainly choose not to do one, but opting out won't bring down the price of the package.
